Guesthouse Kokoyui is a guesthouse with one building in Shingu City, Wakayama Prefecture, two in Nachikatsuura Town, and one in Taiji Town.
You can rent the entire house and stay with your family or group in a private space.
The concept of Koko Yui is to connect hearts, and we hope that our guests will develop deeper relationships of trust with their family and friends through their stay at Koko Yui and their sightseeing in Nanki, so we have prepared everything to help you have that experience.
Each home is fully equipped with kitchen items to ensure you can enjoy a private stay as if you were at home.

SHINGU
It is conveniently located just 11 minutes walk from Shingu Station and has many convenience stores and restaurants in the surrounding area.
There are three bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven guests (3, 2, 2).
This is a newly renovated old house with cypress floors and washi paper tatami mats.
KTUURA SHIMOSATO-A
This old house was built during the Taisho era and has since been renovated several times, but it still retains cedar and cypress wood that is over 100 years old.
It has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 11 guests (4 and 7 guests).
The property is located in an area surrounded by nature, sea and mountains, just a 2-minute walk from the coast.
Taiji
TAIJI
The Taiji Whale Museum is an 11-minute walk away, so please feel free to use it if you would like to experience interacting with whales and dolphins.
This private home was renovated to create a home that would excite children and women, with a turquoise blue theme reminiscent of a summer sea and whales, the symbol of Taiji, scattered throughout.
