ShinguIt is an 11-minute walk from the station and is close to restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, etc., making it a recommended location for those coming by any means of transportation.Shingu City is between Nachikatsuura Town and Hongu Town, so it is recommended for those who are staying for more than two nights for sightseeing. In terms of facilities, Katsuura Shimosato Buildings A and B have bathtubs, but the Shingu store only has showers.In addition, the interior was completely renovated in 2000, so it has been given a modern finish from scratch. Guesthouse Kokoyui is a whole house available for rent.Each is limited to one pair.At Katsuura Shimosato, the only shared space for customers in A and B is the garden.

Generally, we do not allow anyone other than guests to enter or leave the facility, but if you contact us in advance, you can enter or leave the facility or have a friendly dinner party with everyone until 9 p.m. (However, use of the bath and overnight stays are not permitted.)
