Guesthouse Koyui (hereinafter “the Company”) hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter “this Policy”) concerning the handling of users’ personal information in connection with the services provided on this website (hereinafter “the Service”), as follows.
Article 1 (“Personal Information”)

Article 3 (Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
The Company will collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following cases are not considered “provision to third parties”:

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When an individual requests disclosure of their personal information, the Company will promptly disclose it. However, the Company may refuse to disclose all or part of the information if disclosure would fall under any of the following, and if it decides not to disclose, it will promptly notify the individual of such decision. A fee of JPY 1,000 per request will be charged for disclosure:

If a user’s personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request correction, addition, or deletion (“correction, etc.”) through procedures prescribed by the Company.

If the Company deems it necessary to comply with such a request, it will promptly carry out the correction, etc.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, Etc.)

If a user requests suspension of use or erasure of their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was obtained by wrongful means, the Company will promptly investigate.

Article 9 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
The Company may change this Policy without notifying users, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. Unless the Company specifies otherwise, the revised Policy will become effective when posted on this website.
